Our products include all types of custom washers or special washers including flat washers, wave washers, spring washers, conical washers and Belleville washers, spacers, shims, bushings, brackets, internal or external threaded products, custom stampings and a wide array of other products whose names/categories have been designated by the end-users’ designers and engineers. We can stamp products up to .500” thick, machine components up to 17” in diameter and 40” long, and laser cut/bend/weld components and assemblies up to 1.000” thick, 60” wide and 120” long. Not to mention, we can apply DACROMET ® or GEOMET ® coating in house. We also provide small quantity steel sales and toll processing on our three slitting lines.
We provide certifications, ISIRs, PPAPs and other quality related documentation as required by our customers. Our products arrive at your dock complete with any requested assembly or secondary operation including a wide variety of plating, painting and coating options, heat treating, grinding, welding, drilling, tapping, and thread rolling or cutting.
